僕らが最も深いところで恐れているのは
僕らが未熟な存在で
僕らの何かが欠けているということじゃないよね

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond　measure.
僕らが最も深いところで恐れているのは、
じつは僕らが計り知れない程の力を持つ存在だってことだよ

It is our light,　not our darkness, that most frightens us.
僕らをものすごくギョッとさせるものって 闇ではなく光の部分

We ask ourselves,
'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous'?
僕らってよく自分に聞くよね。
わたし聡明で かっこ良くって 才能にあふれていて 素敵な存在かしら？

Actually,　who are you not to be?
でも本当のところ そうじゃないっていえるのかな？

You are a child of God.
だって僕たちみんな 祝福された存在

Your playing small doesn't serve the world.
きみが力の無い振りをしたからってこの星は救えないよ

There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so
that other people won't feel insecure around you.
周りの人々を不安にしないよう気遣って
縮こまってたって それじゃあ僕らの悟りが表せない

We all need to shine, as children do.
子供達がみ〜んな輝いてるみたいに僕らもみんな輝く必要がある

We were born to manifest the glory of God that is within us.
僕らが生まれてきた意味って この内側にある至福をあらわすため

It's not just in some of us, it's in everyone.
その光は一握りの人だけではなく全ての人の中にあるんだよ

And as we let our own light shine,
we unconsiously give other people permission to do the same.
そして僕らが自分自身で光り輝きだすことによって
僕らは無意識のうちに
僕らの周りにいる人達にだって同じことができるよって伝えられるんだ

As we are liberated from our own fear,
our presence automatically liberates others.
僕らが自分自身のもつ恐れから解放された存在となる瞬間
僕らの存在は自動的に周りの人たちをも解放に導くことができるんだ
